Data export
All data that has been tracked and/or stored in DataImpulse data can be exported to the preferred format (CSV or JSON) by request sent to the support team. We guarantee the export of the data will be made within 10 business days after a request is received.
Data retention
All data that was stored more than 30 days will be permanently deleted from our system.
Rights to access, rectification or erasure, restriction and objection of processing
You have the right to access, rectification, opposition, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), and restriction of the processing your personal data by directing any of such requests to DataImpulse In order to make things easier for you, and without prejudice to the legal requirements DataImpulse must comply with under the laws, DataImpulse allows you to exercise the above-mentioned rights by sending us an email to info@dataimpulse.com
Account deletion
Users seeking to delete their accounts and all associated data permanently can initiate the process by contacting our Support team through the live chat on our website or via email at info@dataimpulse.com. Upon request, the account will be deleted, and all data will be permanently removed from our servers, with no possibility of restoration.
Payment processing
All payments are facilitated through our trusted 3rd-party partners. We utilize Stripe and FastSpring for general payments, Payssion for AliPay transactions, and Cryptomus for cryptocurrency payments. These payment processors adhere to GDPR policies to ensure compliance and data security.
DataImpulse users and personal data
We collect information related to a platform user and our Services usage:
- Registration information: information you provide when filling up the registration form.
- “Profile”: you can view and edit various preferences as well as personal details on “Profile” settings. For example, email used to create your account, non-transactional communication preferences, time zone, etc.
- DataImpulse data: we store your requests data for you.
- Billing info: we store information about the Plan you choose. We don’t store any payment details. All payments are processed by our 3rd party partner – Paddle.
- Other data you want to share: We may collect your personal information or data if you submit it to us in other contexts.
